Evo 3d media rom

I was thinking. I have had this phone for a very long time. Not in use but i still have it and It would be a perfect phone to use as a media player. Is there a media rom out there whith no radios and apps active; or is there a good rom base that i can use to debloat to turn into a 100% tablet wifi only rom
