Procedure:
- Reboot to recovery (Philz required)
- Flash ROM.
- Flash GAPPS.
- Reboot then enable dev options.
- On dev options, enable advanced reboot &
set Root access mode to Apps&Adb.
- Reboot again & enjoy.

Note: Don't skip the Google Sign in while you are about to set up your phone so Setup Wizard will not encounter force close.
