How to use OTA Local update to flash this device

Download the local update file
Copy file into SDcard
Boot phone into Recovery Mode
Select install zip from SDcard
Navigate to the folder with the local update zip file
Select the zip file
Select Yes to install
Now wait for the installation process to complete
It take about 5 - 10 mins for the process to complete

Its Recommended to do a factory Reset after this process

When its done, Reboot the device and enjoy your new OS

You can get Android 7.0 update only if your device is currently running on V01_20161025 build
