   Rom install :

Install with QSB Method :

Need a memory card, create folder sdfuse and copy to install on this ROM (QSB tailed).
a) normal phone boot into Android OS, use a USB cable to connect PC, the pop-up screen, select USB mass storage devices, and turn on USB storage device;
b) New sdfuse folder, unrar the downloaded firmware, and copied file QSB to the phone sdfuse directory;
Note: Make sure before upgrading phone there is a certain amount of power
2. T card upgrade process
Long press VOLUP + POWER_KEY enter droidboot, a menu appears and select the fourth SDUPDATE, the bottom of the screen you can see the progress and status upgrade

See "SDCARD UPDATE SUCCESS!!!" Indicates a successful upgrade 

1, Download QPST and this rom K920_ROW_S126_140825_user_1408251128 or K920_S081_140828_CMCC_qpst.rar at http://www.GURUSROM.rom.c...ad/lenovo-k920/. The ROM should contain a flash_local.xml and you are on the right track.
2, Connect phone and PC with USB and then Hold volume down and start the phone to access the "factory menu"
3, Open program QPST Configuration. Click tab "Ports". Look if you can see your phone there, if not press "Add New Port". Unmark the "Show Serial and USB/ QC...." Select you phone from the list and add or okay. If not there, add all ports one by one till you see it.
4, Start the program "eMMC Software Download"

Step 1: Sahara XML file, put the path where the XML file is edited above."flash_local.xml"
Step 2: In the field of Flash Programmer file name we MPRG8974.mbn
Step 3: In the field we 8974_msimage.mbn Boot Image
Step 4: Then hit def XML Load ... and select the file rawprogram0.xml 
Step 5: Then hit patch def Load ... and select the file patch0.xml 
Step 6: Program uncheck the box MMC device
Step 7: Then hit Download and expect to finish the process. Possibly, after step 7, you will get one or more messages saying that some hard drives have been detected and need to be formatted. Just klick cancel on all these popups. You will get an error here, just ignore it and continue. 
Step 8: Uncheck the box Program Boot Loaders  
Step 9: We mark Program MMC device.
Step 10: select your phone from the devices that appear (the other must be the / hard drives it).
Step 11: Then hit Download.
