Note 1: I have used the old Sony™Home app as it is more smoother and has a nice UI compared to the Latest Sony™Home.
Procedure:
Download the Zip you need.
Boot into TWRP
Flash The zip Reboot

Note: If Flashing an Update follow the same Process. You need not remove the older apps.
