[Q] Anyway to disable vibration completely

I want to disable hapatic feedback on my phone.
I mean I want to delete it completely.
I already tried apps like vibrafix,terminal emulator etc.
This two stop vibrations but not permanently.
I just want to delete it completely.
Is there anyway to wipe out vibration from phone without decompiling kernel and putting
CONFIG_VIBETONZ=n????
(I don't have time to mess with kernel right now) :)
