Procedure:

- Reboot to recovery (Philz required)

- Flash ROM.

- Flash GAPPS.

- Reboot then enable dev options.

- On dev options, enable advanced reboot &

set Root access mode to Apps&Adb.

- Reboot again & enjoy.

Note: Don't Skip Google Sign-in while setup is ongoing so Setup Wizard will not encounter Force Closed.
