1.connect your device to the pc via usb cable,open the command prompt window using shift+right click and enter following command

 adb reboot in bootloader

or

 power off your device completely.press the volume down and power keys altogether for 5-6 second,fastboo screen appear.

2.open the folder where all the firmware file where placed along with fastboot tools.press shift and right click on empty space inside the folder.

3.now enter the following command one after the other to restore moto e to stock firmware.

fastboot oem lock begin

fastboot flash partition gpt.bin

fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img

fastboot flash logo logo.bin

fastboot flash boot boot.img

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0

fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1

fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2

fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin

fastboot erase modemst1

fastboot erase modemst2

fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn

fastboot erase cache

fastboot erase userdata

4.relock the device's bootloader.enter the following command

fastboot oem lock

4.reboot your device enter the following command.

fastboot reboot

5.in case the device is stuck at boot logo,reboot back bootloader and enter following commands

fastbooot cach

fastboot userdata
