My friend's friend went in to a T-Mobile store to troubleshoot his Note 3. During the diagnosis process, the rep suggested that he buy a new GS7E. The guy said no thanks b/c he cant afford the GS7E. Then the rep said he will sell his company-provided GS7E to him, under the table, for $140. Only $140 b/c the back glass is cracked. Is the T-Mobile rep legally allowed to do such a thing with a company-provided phone? Wasn't he supposed to turn the phone back in?
